Welcome to Joy-N-Yoga where we truly believe 'the journey is just as important as the goal'.  Here you will find all you need to know about classes at Joy-N-Yoga and the Kripalu Yoga Technique and most importantly about your teacher, Elayna Bengall.

Elayna takes great pleasure in helping people feel better. She says that "clients often comment that they feel lighter or that they are floating. It is always a pleasure to see the calm peaceful look on my clients face at the end of a class".
